2. App use

Our apps are provided for learning, quiz practice, entertainment, productivity, or self-reflection purposes depending on each app. Users are responsible for using the apps lawfully and appropriately.

Educational content, quiz explanations, personality test results, and similar content are provided for general informational, learning, or entertainment purposes. They should not be treated as professional advice.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

Some apps may offer paid features, one-time purchases, or subscriptions. Purchases are handled by the relevant app store platform. Billing, cancellation, refunds, and subscription management are subject to the rules of the platform used for the purchase.

5. Intellectual property

App design, text, quiz content, code, graphics, and other materials are owned by BROWNSOFTWARE or used with appropriate rights. Users may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit app content without permission, except where permitted by law.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue apps or features when necessary for maintenance, security, platform compliance, or product improvement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BROWNSOFTWARE is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our apps.
